Chance's Status Update for 2025 Q3

It's time to recap my 2025 Q3. My primary focus remains in VCC coaching, around STEM and liberal arts subjects, and with Breakpoints.live, for connecting more builders, designing and (vibe) building cool solutions.

Everything I've been doing and moving is around relationships, so here we go.

Breakpoints.live Partnership Update ​

  • South America

    • My advisory role with Mr. Hao's projects is now focusing on product and project advisory, international campaign design and partially their execution. We're working on a new HK entity, AI State (HK), to bootstrap cross-boarder payment service, especially those built on gold holding as collaterals.
    • RWA has been a big hot category for China companies, as I predicted on this blog post early this year, A New Financing paradigm for China Tech Companies Going Global, especially those seeking global investors and partnerships via crypto-fund-raising rails.
    • We're on track to focus on our collective Circle of Competence to attack this global shift in open financing.

  • GBATA Malaysia Chapter

    • We've in talk with chapter leader of GBATA Malaysia Chapter, who's a seasoned digital solution provider across Malaysia and China, to close investment deals on Breakpoints.live team's flagship product, the End-to-End market network for renewable energy systems. The core design of this system has been in my team's blueprint folder during past few years, but NOT until this quarter, my team and I were SO sure this is where we should be heading.
    • By focusing on AI-powered market network, itself running on crypto rails, we can attack any domains that can benefit from RWA financing and cross-boarder payment empowered by crypto.
    • The combination of AI x crypto on RWA platforms are openning doors for so many open financing businesses and new categories of industrial upgrade.

  • SoEasy HK (renewed partnership)

    • By around Sept and Oct, SoEasy HK / 易收国际 acquired new investor(s). Breakpoints.live team and myself were part of SoEasy international strategy and fund-raising efforts during 2025 Q3.
    • We've been working very closely to push the new venture proposal, the fund-raising and global community out-reach together. We are more than happy to see SoEasy Chairman Mr. Lee and his core team's renewed decision on how to move forward with their global expansion.
    • Decades ago, carbon netural campaigns started out as political initiatives around the world, but Voluntary Carbon Market (VCM) has not been a high frequent trading category across the world, until lately people see the potentials using blockchain-backed open financing to upgrade the game.

VillageCity Coaching Partnerships Update ​

Vibe building everything with FMHub.

  • During Q3 2025, as I rediscovered more collaborative possibilities with FMHub, to jointly host STEM project members from around the world, combining online (the vibe part), and in-person, at the heart of Zhuhai city's tech hub region, the beautiful sea-side Tang Jia Wan district / 唐家湾. A great place for good living, good life, and good vibe
  • This partnership alone solidified what I've got,
    • Jointly recruting and coaching STEM project members via the VillageCity Coaching programs, while leveraging Breakpoints.live's cutting-edge solutions, such as renewable energy system and business simulation tooling into the STEM projects.
    • Sonia Liu, FMHub founder, intelligently set the scene for Vibe building everything, perfectly fitting into ALl our hope for what we'd like our kids to master as designers, builders and story-tellers.
      • Rebuilding housing
      • Rebuilding energy systems
      • Rebuilding data systems
      • Rebuilding water sources
      • Rebuilding communities and socio-economic structures, etc.
  • Just imagine how much more global impact we can generate by marrying this initiative with China supply chain on everything renewable energy!!
  • As always, AISI Society / AI 社会学 community will continue to be a powerful part of the initiative. In AI era, the MOST under-valued capacity of an individual is to think through the WHAT and WHY for everything, and occassionally on the How-to, although we need deliberate practice as human on the how-to as well.

Anyhow, Q3 2025 turned out to be a pivotal shift of WHAT I and my communities believe what should we hold on to for a future of AI x blockchain.
