Chance's Status Update for 2025 Q1

My core personal branding is a Chinese-English bilingual entrepreneurship coach. My role at VillageCity.org (VCC) is magnifying this branding for K12 kids/parents. My inkkey.com CEO role is magnifying this branding for AI-driven entrepreneurship coaching. My Deputy Director role at breakpoints.live is magnifying this branding on tech design and consulting for corporate clients.


Life: Continue to focus, and be a better Dad

Past few months' work and life afforded me a higher dimention self-perception to focus myself and my personal branding. While I'm a polygot (as I've been perceiving myself internally), I should have been sticking to ONE personal branding, a coach, or a Chinese-English bilingual entrepreneurship coach in full.

I'm finally able to merge my world-schooling efforts for both family and work (income), with such a new focus.

Now Javen Zheng's almost done recovering from his leg wound, we're able to work on at least 3 projects to leverage his talents to service our customers and make money together.

    • With Patrick's push to the new stake-holders' structure, I'm assuming CEO and majority share-holder role for this Singapore company.
    • New marketing (go-to-market) strategy,
      • ICC, Inkkey Coach Club, the global community for AI entrepreneurship coaching, leveraging the Inkkey BAIS to develop future AI business leaders.

  • VillageCity x EmpowerU.world (EmpoerU Global)

    • Whether we call it resourcing on home-schooling or world-schooling, I'm admitted to the core builder team of EmpowerU (HK), the company behind Homeschool Association of Hong Kong. By advising on their go-to-market and operations in GBA (China), I'm also growing educational resources my family has been seeking.

    • Oliver Wen, Chair of GBATA joined Inkkey as share-holder, allowing Inkkey to leverage GBATA's GBA gov and corporate networks to advance the course of Inkkey, Transforming your learning and career for the AI era, over Inkkey BAIS
  • More partner deals (Breakpoints.live)

    • S.K. Lam, partner of John Tay, is working with Breakpoints.live team to recruite exhibitors from China via booth sales referral and digital content marketing deals.
    • We're replicating same deal with other partners like John, Joseph and Leong.
    • We're officially offering standard tech marketing packages to customers from both GBA (China) , ASEAN, and other markets.

In summary, Q1 2025 is concluded with new enhancement on, 1) focused personal branding, hence job roles, 2) new partnership, and 3) more focused business models for all my active projects.
